Quality Control
Every Ortega instrument must pass a quality check before leaving our production facility for our centralized logistics center. A 2nd quality control inspection is done by the Ortega Guitars QC team in Germany. They re-check, adjust if necessary, and sign their names to the final product. This additional service and the time that it takes is worth spending. This way we make sure that only those instruments we would love to play find their way into our retailers around the world.

We are working in close contact with our distribution network and will make sure that your issue will be resolved as soon as possible. WARRANTY
LIMITED ORTEGA GUITARS WARRANTY
ORTEGA GUITARS products are built with quality and care. However, if you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing issue or qualifies for warranty service, please contact us.
All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the wide variety of instruments and accessories we offer, each claim is evaluated individually.
We understand that instruments and musical accessories are meant to be played and used. Therefore, natural wear and tear from regular use is expected and is not covered under this warranty.
If a stringed instrument or accessory product exhibits a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original retail purchase, provided the purchase was made through an Authorized ORTEGA GUITARS Dealer.
This warranty does not cover:
•Products lost or damaged due to accidents, misuse, or neglect
•Unauthorized modifications or repairs
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Any repaired or replaced product will remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the Authorized ORTEGA GUITARS Dealer where you purchased the product and provide your original sales receipt. The product will be repaired or replaced if it shows no signs of neglect, alteration, or misuse, and the claim is made within the two (2) year warranty period.
Products sent to our warehouses without prior approval or a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Software
For maximum performance make use of the QUANTUMloop software to add & erase your digital samples via USB transfer. To update the V1 software version please update the FIRMWARE first. Download the READ ME sheet and follow the instructions. If your device runs the V1 software you can easily update it to the latest V3 software.
There are two available firmware options:
- firmware_54: no switching delay for loop on/off (recommended)
- firmware_55: 400ms switching delay for loop on/off

TROUBLESHOOTING
- Connect the 9V power supply to your QUANTUMloop, before you connect it to your PC/MAC
- Keep your operating system up to date
- Run the .exe Ortega QUANTUMLoop V3 as an admin
- Use a USB 2.0 port
- Update your QUANTUMloop firmware if you are using an older version
- The Quantumloop is shown in Windows as "Duet"/Mass storage
